It is important to find someone who understands your wants and needs because your photographer will be spending almost the entire wedding day with you. You want a professional who can capture the memorable images while you enjoy your day.

My first professional wedding was in 1976. Since then I have photographed hundreds of weddings under a variety of situations. My goal is to not only to capture the energy and excitement as best I know how, but to allow you to relax on your special day while I do it.

Your day is the most important thing. I want to capture the energy of the event and relationships that happen throughout the day. In order to prepare, we will meet in advance to discuss your plans so I can be at the appropriate time and place to capture the images that are unique to your wedding. In that way, we can communicate about the style and content of the pictures I produce.

In each setting (church, hall, park or home) the lighting and surroundings require different approaches to tell your story. By talking it over, we can make sure you get what you want and we can even prepare for the unexpected.

At each wedding I challenge myself to put my best effort into doing the most thorough job possible. I look for ways to capture the details and the festivities of the whirlwind day. Often, couples miss some of the things going on around them. My job is to see and capture everything I can for you throughout your most important day.

I use professional digital equipment so I can be as creative as I want and then choose the best images among them. Also, it allows me have any or all of your photos reproduced in Color, B&W or Sepia.

My working style gives you the creative approach of candid journalistic style coverage during the ceremony, park and reception, combined with traditionally posed group photos either before or after the wedding.
